Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of WaifuRush, including the developer API.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Credits and refunds
Credits are spent when a generation starts. Failed or canceled generations, and any image of a pack or captions job that could not be made, are refunded automatically. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
Your content
You own what you create, subject to your plan. Free and Starter are for personal, non-commercial use; Pro and Studio include a commercial license. You grant us a license to host and display content you publish to the community.
Uploads
You confirm you have the rights to every image you upload, and that it shows no minors and no real people. Uploaded images and ideas are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Accounts without a plan
Without a subscription you buy credit packs, run one job at a time and make packs of up to 30 images. Nsfw director, bigger packs and parallel jobs come with paid plans. Every account can keep its creations private.
Developer API
The developer API is covered by these same terms and by the Content Policy. You're responsible for everything created with your API keys.
Acceptable use
Don't use WaifuRush to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes others' rights. See the Content Policy.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
