Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details (email, name, avatar); the ideas and prompts you write; the images you upload; the media you generate; payment data, handled by a payment processor; and basic usage analytics.
How we use it
To run the service, generate your content, prevent abuse, process payments and improve our models where you've allowed it.
Third-party AI providers
To make your creations, the images and text you submit are sent to third-party AI providers: a language and vision provider (through OpenRouter) that writes the generation prompt and captions, and a GPU provider that generates the media.
Public creations
Creations published to the community are visible to anyone and can be indexed by search engines, together with your public profile name and avatar.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and payment providers strictly to operate WaifuRush. We don't sell personal data.
Your rights and deletion
You can access, export or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your profile and creations.
